Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Package

  Disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original packaging with all hardware included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a freight pickup at your convenience. Smaller items can be dropped off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
